1YOUR MK Journey Begins Here

As your Mary Kay journey begins, you will meet a lot of different types of people.  You must be able to relate to them, understand them somewhat, and communicate effectively with them.

In order to do that, I recommend that you become acquainted with the DISC Personality Information.  This will enable you to better understand your potential hostesses, customers and potential customers, recruits and potential recruits and others on your Mary Kay team.

Everyone in Mary Kay will, at some time in their career and maybe more than once, go through the Attitude / Emotion Cycle.  Know it and understand it for what it is!

You are not alone when you go through it!  We all have experienced it!

Some stop at Step 6 and quit the business, but the TRUE WINNERS deal with Step 6B and go on - whether you go on to Director or stay as a Consultant - that is your choice, but you have experienced the various emotions and have overcame them!


God - first, Family - second and Career - third!

Those are the priorities that Mary Kay set for her company.
